Site Project Management of 1 300 Tons steel erection in proximity of live rail power lines and platforms. The structure consisted of lift shaft structures, up to 5Tons beams and columns, curved complicated access ramp to car parks. Typical day to day activity: Tasks specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement writing, land surveying management to ensure compliance with code EN 1090 erection, deliveries coordination, cranes management, dynamic sorting out of nonconformities and value engineering, erection details clarification to multinational erection team, dispute mitigation on site, coordination with other trades and as result to ensure smooth and timely works completion.
