Task: Site Supervision.
Client: SKANSKA.
Time: November 2015 – January 2016
Site Supervision of steel to concrete installation including intumescent paint works. Team supervised: 10-12 steel erectors. Light structure requiring high level of attention due to various number of steel to concrete interfaces. Typical day to day activity: daily toolbox talks, task delegation to the team members, lifting equipment selection for type of the task, land surveying to ensure compliance with code EN 1090 requirements, deliveries coordination, dynamic sorting out of fabrication and site nonconformities, written or sketched site instructions for remedial works complying with good practices and industrial requirements, erection details clarification to erection team, coordination with other trades.
